Financial capability criteria include appraisable assets such as real estate, vehicles, cash, investment portfolios, and other indicators including the number of domestic workers. Each criterion has a specific maximum limit, exceeding which renders the applicant ineligible.

Financial eligibility thresholds: For a family of six, the maximum threshold to be eligible for the program is set at a combined annual income of SAR 4 mn, with that figure decreasing as family size decreases. For an independent individual, the threshold is an annual income of SAR 1.4 mn. You can use the program’s online calculator to check the amount of monetary support you are eligible for.
Field visits will verify eligibility, while ineligible beneficiaries can appeal or provide proof within 90 days through the program’s online portal.
